played the silver dollar last night an unpromoted event.why unpromoted you ask? well you know how ive been telling of news? well jason has left the band his last show with us was at the mod club he decided that he wants to pursue other interests and we respect his decision, jason was a great member of the dunes and we couldnt of done what we did with out him and he remains a good friend to all of us and we wish him all the best.

with that said we have a new guitarist that we have been rehearsing with like mad his name is allistair heath goes by the nickname lucky he's originally from montreal and is great player and stellar dude after exhausting auditions trying to find a replacement for jason we all agreed that allistair is the best fit and shares the same vision that we all do im sure you all will take to him the same way we did,
so thats why we played and unpromoted show at the silver dollar it was luckys first gig with us and the show went really well played to strangers and the reception was great.

so basically onward and upward

weve got tons of shit coming up and im pretty excited

sunflowers are coming back into season

weve got a showcase with c.o.c.a which is a conference where we showcase our stuff to all the talent buyers of all the canadian universities in north bay in june a few festivals and a tour come may all the details will be posted

things are picking up and the word is spreading about what we make and it feels good got to go and write now

cant ignore that feeling when it comes
