wow friday was an excellent night great crowd great energy and great performances across the board from the jones on through to nurse the sea inside was very good aswell a really great sound and thier singer well is really good....for us i think for me anyway it may have been my favourite show to date i think were onto something here something really special and i think it eminates out to the audience and theres a great transfer of energy going on at shows....so thanks to al of you who came to support us it means more to us than you will ever know.

compromise well thats not something im willing to do when it comes to anything around the dunes and unfortunately its getting a little harder everyday because sometimes the people who work for and with us seem to think different things than we do which is ok i guess as long as its understood that really at the end of the day the dunes and only the dunes will decide whats best for the dunes.....as a dune what i want is to play 200 hundred shows a year because im sure once people see us they will be converted...it really is all about the music always has been were trying to do something great and in order to do that we really have to stick to our guns because sometimes people think they know whats best for you but have no clue about your vision.....good music comes from honesty and creativity its a very organic thing and then mix in some fine musicianship and great things can happen.....i think weve gotta go with our guts i think everyone should thats the only way....when someone tells you something is good or ok and you know its not youre not crazy youre probably just right anyway im rambling here....for the record we will never compromise our art..this is a promise as much as people may try to get us to.
