my brother(www.pvre.com) sent me a couple books to help me out on my journey through life just got them today ....thank you david........basically theyre books that give one more insight and understanding about relationships between our mind body and soul, perception and management of ourselves in order to achieve what one might consider success, im finding them very interesting. on a related topic somehow by some coincidence our neighbours dropped by a few videos waking life which i had already seen and this movie called "what the bleep do we know" and fuck me gently excuse my french but wow!!!!!!!!!!!see this movie!just see it.

in other news we uploaded "do it all the time" to the website "garageband.com" cool site check it out

we have some cool news as i was saying but according to my sources im not yet at liberty to say what that is but we on the inside think its pretty cool .

im really looking forward to spring i mean this winter has really sucked has it not?

saw a cool show little while back guys name is jesse malin worth a look i'd say pretty funny really...... show up with a buddy in from montreal the place(the shoe) wasn't that full but every canadian band thats on the radio was in the audience the trews the waking eyes steve from boy... actually also bumped into ron sexsmith watching from the shadows....this guys a singer songwriter type ryan adams ish ........great storyteller

picked up my passport today may be going to los angeles in a little while for a visit
hopefully this will workout ive never been ....would be a cool experience
