Right then so looking forward to Friday night @ the Horseshoe Tavern here in Toronto so inspired i have been...yes so inspired i put together a wee film sort of for the event, fun to do albeit time consuming when youre new all the infos there were on @ 1130 sharp!

Hola amigos! So we were in the studio over the weekend in the outskirts of Goderich, the most beautiful studio i have ever had the pleasure having at my disposal weve got some pics and when i get off the boys i will post them.

We recorded 2 songs our poppy crowd pleaser "let it go" and a new incarnation of a song i wrote awhile back called "what will be" we worked with a guy named Siegfried Meier or just Siegy for short a multitalented musician in his own right and a super guy, the results you ask? Specfuckingtacular! We are so pleased with the way they came out, you know you play these songs night after night and they are there you know? But, now they are cemented into history there forever or as long as anybody wants to hear them, cant tell you how happy this makes me...out little contribution to culture...so this is just the start im really looking forward to have a full length tangible cd in my hands for all of you, to me this is the best writing i personally have done the arrangements that we have in mind really are for lack of a better term "fat free", theres alot of feeling and emotion in every word and thats the way it should be cant wait for you all to hear them!

November 2nd were gonna be @ The Horseshoe Tavern here in Toronto supporting Staggered Crossing at thier last ever show!
Sadly this is true youre probably gonna to get there early because all bets are this show is gonna be sold out be there by 10pm you should be in good shape i think were gonna hit the stage @ 10:30 (latest), these guys always have drawn well had a vids on Much and some hits on the radio its gonna be a great night gauranteed!

Well hello blog hope you had a good weekend i most certainly did...probably one of the better ones i have had in a little while...why you ask? Well much to do with Saturdays show, it was incroyable it is true playing to an almost full house @ the Elmo theres a certain energy in that room and the sound is usually superb as it was this night we actually had the pleasure of working with "Todd" Pilate's or pilotspeeds sound guy...perfect fit really did a fantastic job, it was great to hear the big ideas aswell very good band kinda coldplay esque which is cool and of course the beautiful unknown were as good as always great just to hang with those guys hadnt really done so since our tour, after show was a late one and then up frairley early as i went up to my nieces 12th birthday (where does the time go?)

So this weekend were heading down to London Ontario to begin recording our follow up Cd, ita been along time coming and i am as keen as i have ever been to do anything...i really wasnt to make something special and i think we will the songs are there im just fine tuning and tweaking some late comers....but then again in the studio things change on the first album for example the lyrics foro hurry up were completely different only when i got into the vocal booth did i rewrite the whole song ..just came to me...like "lost" aswell written the night before came to me like a laser beam..zap here you go..dont feel very creative on the writing side of things today...so im out

Few things first off many thanks to the fine people of Kitchener Ontario for really makiing last weeks show there a memorable one...seriously thank you made our days! Cool venue aswell called the Boathouse...check it out if youre ever through there right on the water...oh yeah and thanks to Todd Donald and The Stars Here foro kicking things off.

OK so Tommorow night is the Elmocambo and i/we are looking very much forward to it The Beautiful Unknown will be previewing there recently completed full length album....we toured with these guys and they coome to play bigtime!
