Hey happy sunday...so as i mentioned we are getting picked up on some radio stations out east ...which is so fucking cool and ....so i just googled the station 105 fox fm in Fredricton and low and behold on the website for all the world to see "The "New Rock You Need..." this week from: Sloan, The Dunes and Audioslave".......wow! yes its true mentioned in the same sentence as sloan and audioslave ....wow....all this hard work is paying off finally you got to excuse me though its pretty surreal when a dream starts to materialize in front of you........i/we are pretty jacked!!!!! bring it on baby and cheers to Fredricton i hope you all are enjoying the track....oh yeah the site can be found @ www.foxrocks.ca.....why not drop them a note requesting "do it all the time"

last week was fun fun a little hard on the body which is actually biting back right now feeling a little sick sore throat thing maybe bronchitis....i' ll live ive been getting it for years.......SO some good news they are spinning our single in regular rotation on the east coast at least in Fredricton anyhow which is pretty cool...im not to sure how it all works but i am assured by our label this is very positive not sure when its gonna happen here there and other places but when i find out so will you

Another war huh? are you fucking kidding me? i am amazed how little progress we have made as a species i meant fuck whats that important that people must die....lifes short enough as it is i cant imagine the terror and the pain those people are feeling on both sides....i suppose it has something to do with the fact that people have to find out for themselves....people keep on coming in this world and people going out most of the time i dont think we even notice cause were so wrapped in our own worlds but think about it couple thousand just left the builing but a couple thousand just came in....freaks me out a bit....problem is that we dont live long enough to learn from our mistakes we can read about all we want but we still got try it for ourselves......one thing ive learned is that youve got nothing if you just live for yourself you have to have someone to live for to love...must be pretty lonely when your whole world is about you huh? never giving all yourself never fully letting it all go ...anyway now im rambling.....back to the war its not like there arn't hundreds going on right now i guess its just one thats important enough for cnn to play so i took notice....i guess if we dont know about something than...it really isnt happening is it?

...in total detox mode from the weekend....had the kind of weekend that carries with it a two day hangover....with that being said however i must say it was one of my best in a long while....being my first time @ the grand prix let alone performing there, we had the good fortune of being surrounded by truly amazing people...from the Garrison and handler etrordinaire and private golf cart driver to Jackie the stage manager and our go to girl it was all great ......the sound tech's there were the best i cant say that i have ever had such good stage sound ....and on a quick aside if you have that then the rest is easy...youre now ready to rock!! and rock we did all of us were really happy with our performances...im at the point now through hard work and preperation i can really get into the moment basically just lose my mind and the crowd there showed really dug us it was a really good feeling....met and befriended some cool other bands most notably the ride theory some cool cats who can shred check them out @ theridetheory.com.......shit!! duh....the cars!!!yes the cars!!!lets just say aweinspiring stupendous incredible amazing and really fucking loud!...basically landlocked rocket ships with wheels you get such a good buzz just being down there...im feeling pretty brain dead actually i would of thought i could probably do a better job explaing this weekend with words but.....oh whats that?....yes yes....just got word that there is a slight malfunction that im dealing with in my head at the moment seratonin appears quite low but the levels are coming back....thank fuck!!!all you new fans we met friday satturday and sunday you all rock enjoy the cd's and merch and the memories...

hey hey hey....right so ive been delinquent on my blogs we just got off the stage @ the molson grand prix oh fuck yeah!!! so so cool anyhow lets see so last week in collingwood at k2 was super excellent great crowd new friends liver failure.....uh ....yeah so really good thanks collingwood!!!and k2....today was killer huge beer tent hundreds in attendance digging our sweet melodies and straight ahead rock fucking eh!
some other good news we just got our remastered cd...which by the way was remasterd by joao caravello who is only the fucking best on the planet and it sounds excellent....also we got our newly recorded mixed and mastered single "do it all the time" back aswell sounds well....hmmmm......like an orgasm for your ears were pretty excited it just went to radio today ....college radio is spinning it and they love it apparently , were not charting yet but hopefully we will know more about that soon...another thing which is cool is our master guty joao really digs our shit which is a huge compliment.....i think what im trying to say is that we are really excited......were back at the grand prix tommorow @ 3pm and then sunday at 5pm as the closing act how cool is that?
funny thing related to my last blog about "what do rockstars look like" i had a conversation with a guy i know in the business who has done big things and to that he said "you know what kev its amazing how much more attractive and rockstar ess a band looks when they make a great record and people recognize that" thanks bro i agree the proof is and will be in the pudding.....so go on ou t and get some pudding ......mmmm tastes so good .....
