So yesterday was a busy one we were up early after a very solid night of boozing with a few of my English friends Ben and Peter....needless to say we felt like shite upon waking up and it was off to the "London Calling" convention to sign boobies...well not really just some promo and shit like that.....then at about 1:30 we headed back to our flat along the way we were informed that 2 bombs had been found in the city and some of the tube lines had been shut down thankfully not ours........we got back to our flat regrouped then me Brian and Lucky took the tube to Kings Cross and then a taxi to pick up a few guitars that we were renting...i got a really nice Gibson Sg...very happy with it and then came all the way back home and once again regrouped packed up all our shit banner and all merch instruments yada yada yada and made our way up to Camden to our Barfly gig...Camden is a very cool place....i guess its almost like a cross between our Kensington Market and Queen west only way way cooler....The Barfly is the place to play in London period! This is were all foriegn bands break from everyones played there The Libertines Beck you name it.....so you can understand i was preety pumped i mean really ive been waiting all my life for this tour to happen and now here i was so there was no way i wasnt going to put every once of passion i had into this show........we loaded in and went for a bite our set time was @ 12midnight...perfect! Went to some cuban place and had a few mohitos and shot the shit did a whole bunch of laughing we were in pretty good spirits nice and loose a few hours earlier we were all tnsed from the days running around...i had a shit fit as i do...so it goes

11:30 we get back to the venue and it is a heaving see of people as a matter of fact it was sold out.......what can i say from here we hit the stage running hard and we literally had people dancing and pumping thier fists from our opener (cacophonic lullaby/never date an actor) we actually do have some footage we wanted to video the whole thing but we couldnt however we did get the first 13 mins of the show which i will try to get on here.....by the end of our set we were sweaty messes and the crowd was screaming for more fists pumping and cheering....i woould say last night was the greatest rock'n'roll night of my life so far it was pure magic!

Hey having a great time here in london on this our first day really....yesterday we were out whooping it up around paddington station...where we managed to meet probably a 1000 people....no shit....yeah we were out with our postcards doing some heavy promotion...good times and of course we managed to have a few pints in between...were just back from soundcheck @ The Cobden Club where we will be showcasing after the AIM awards afterparty doing an acoustic set...so good! Loving it over here we are going to try and add some photos and one fucking great little video clip that will make you you shit your pants

Right then the eve of the big U.K. pretty pumped but must admit i feel like shit some kinda of crazy sore throat ..yeah i know great fucking timing....anyhow got some good antibiotics goiing which is starting to kick in and im feeling much better than i was and im pretty confident i will be myself again come flight time.....ive been so frickinn busy preparing fo this wee tour i have hardly posted and i apologize.....we played a couple of shows this weekend friday night we were supporting the Canadian Cancer Society...it was our best ever performance gauranteed...we were able to engage the crowd and won them over in record time...there were actually folks from the surrounding builings who were not part of the event that were lured out when they heard us and came by to by some cd's...hi to all of our new friends we met that night...keep your chins up kids

After the show it was still fairly earlier and on the way home i stopped n=by my local for a few and ran into a few buddies one of which Garnett Armstrong (he designed our cd cover)anyway one thing led to another and then i was shitfaced back at a party playing acoustic to a barely concious but appreciative audience......saturday morning came quick i woke up at 10 40 am this happened to be ten minutes past the time i was to pick up grim as we were playing Subway beachfest w/ Thornley in Port Colborne...so things went down hill from there bigtime huge amounts of traffic...me severely hung over from my beer jagger redwine trifactor we showed up late like a half an hour for our set time thankfully they switched stuff around and the band who was ment to play after us played our slot....i played like shit couldnt hear a thing on the stage and had the shakes really bad...i am an idiot and im fully aware of this but im getting better...cool so london tommorow really looking forward to this got a bunch of friends i havent seen in quite somtime...you know who you are...a highlight for sure will be going back to Peebles Scotland..cant fucking wait ok more up dates as go...i bought a video camera so we just might have video updates!

right-e-o we are heading to jolly old England June 26th for a 2 week tour...this is good...we like this i will be posting the tour dates tommorow...looking forward to getting up to Scotland for a few days aswell catch up with my friends in those parts...im pretty excited...might have to have me a couple of bottles of buckfast whilst there.....but the whole reason for this tour is to blow some minds....so i guess we will have to do a bit of that aswell....ok
