a storm snows free association
but for some reason a reason i cannot explain
my shovel wont push the snow that i know its capable of pushing
how interesting a phenomenon this is
it must be the sattelites
did i spell that right are you warm tonight?
its not that it doesn't push enough all the time
its just on demand its a thought that wants to control another thought or pattern or whatever!
i dont really know but its still snowing and the association is growing free'r (thats not really a word i dont think so im pulling out of my self proclaimed artistic license)
right .......free'r........yip....free'r....we all want to be free'r happier fitter its always something isn't it?.....yip! it always is something and i think if your reading these words if you lean back in chair you will agree
the curse of science or rather the doom or maybe not its all subjective isn't it?
who knows? not me but more importantly who cares?
i dont know anything except the absolutes just like you so why is it that the world trys to act so smart.
i'm thinking about this
so let let it snow yip let it snow free association until we are snowed in
and then maybe we will have the sense to realize how little we know

caught myself looking at the details
falling into a feeling from the past
caught myself catching up with history
the signs are now built
time to put them up
this breeze makes me feel like a bird a bird flying or at least what i imagine it would feel like. that is what it would feel like to be a bird flying
so why then the worry?
its just a matter of consistency
i need consistency!
its very telling, you know
but the russians arn't yelling they now are talking
well maybe they arn't russians at all
but the face has taken a kicking
is this revenge cause in my estimation it should be or at least in my i-m-g-i-n-a-t-i-o-n it should be
how did it get to this stop? light i mean whats the story behind this?
now i will just drive
and try to catch myself in a great daydream yes a daydream that will one day fill a book

hey now

just been flicking back and forth watching the "acid house" and "dogtown and z-boys" both very interesting in very different ways.
tonight im staying in chris was by a little earlier for a few beers and a little band talk, we are both pretty excited about the prospects that this year brings, and its good to be excited about what one does it makes the rest of life more tolerable
read a few books lately the first one was called "galapogo's" by kurt vonnegut which i thoroughly enjoyed i had read "slaughter house 5" before that years back another vonnegut book he's a really great writer/satirist
i then read a book called "vernon god little" which was fucking great very visceral and the kind of book that you start to crave as you near your house im not going to get into what they are about but i would recommend them both try em
there are a bunch of dunes cd's headed to scotland actually they shouldbe there by now my buddy foster was over for the christmas break and got a bunch to take home with him and spread the word, you know what i really want to get back in the studio and do some recording like i said on my last blog weve got some new songs and im jonesing to get them recorded
oh yeah we are playing the el macombo on the 28th of this month with some other cool bands one in particular called round 2 they are really good

well happy new year evrybody!!!!!!!!!!!!! its been a very hectic monnth and i have been shirking my responsibilities especially my journal responsibilities but as one of my new years resolutions this will all change, so lets see spent alot of time
at my sisters with nieces and nephew you know playing in the barbie castle and such my brother came up from mexico to spend the holidays overall it was great cept my mom was down in south africa but we did speak and she was having "a lovely time", just because i havent been writing doesnt mean i havent been writing songs as a matter of fact quite the opposite has taken place we have 3 new songs that we think are really good so look for them at our next shows, what shows you ask well not sure yet but we will have a ton in the near future we are just finalizing bookings
getting ready to watch the canadian juniors kick some ass perhaps have a few beers it would be rude not to dont you think?
